BOOKING POLICY
For Micropigmentation we require a £50 non refundable fee to be paid to secure your appointment. £50 will be deducted off your remaining balance on the day of your appointment, after completing your treatment. For tattoos a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required and for any other treatments a £10 non refundable fee is required when booking your appointment. The same conditions apply to all treatments.
NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO
Please note that no children are allowed in the studio. This policy is to be strictly followed and no exceptions will be made.
We are happy to help you find a suitable appointment, however please bear in mind that you are only allowed to reschedule your appointment once.
If you arrive to your appointment with a child, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the booking fee/deposit will be lost. The fee for Micropigmentation is £50, tattoos is £30 and for any other treatments is £10.
No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
We have a no refunds and no cancellations policy therefore no refunds shall be made under any circumstances.
You will be able to reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours notice.
If you fail to provide 48 hours notice, 50% off your total treatment cost will be charged and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
When booking, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page.
You will be able to reschedule your patch test or consultation appointment once, given you provide at least 48 hours notice.
When a patch test or consultation appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, all your following appointments will be automatically cancelled without notice. A non refundable deposit must be paid in order to secure another slot for a patch test or consultation. Micropigmentation deposits are £50, tattoos are 50% of the total price and all other treatments are £10.
Your appointment must be booked within one month from your initial consultation. After this, your non refundable deposit will expire and a new one must be paid in order to book your appointment.
NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS POLICY
You must attend your appointment alone. No friends or family are allowed in the treatment room during the procedure. If, by any reason, it is exceptionally deemed necessary to have someone accompany you, a disclaimer form accepting the terms and conditions must be signed by you prior to your treatment.
If the conditions set out by the therapist are not met before/during/after your treatment and the therapist deems necessary to stop the treatment, a new booking will need to be made, and a new deposit must be paid to secure your appointment.
Everyone attending the treatment must adhere to strict infection control measures set out by the studio/therapist.
We do not accept responsibility for anything caused by having an additional person in the treatment room. This includes incomplete work due to stopping the treatment as a result of noncompliance to the studio's/ therapist's terms and conditions.
The therapist has the right to stop the treatment at any point and refuse service if the terms and conditions are not followed.
If the treatment needs to be stopped by any reason related to having an additional visitor, full treatment cost will be charged even if the work is incomplete.
If you refuse to sign the disclaimer form, accepting responsibility for having an additional person in the treatment room, no service will be provided and the non refundable booking fee will be forfeited.
PHOTOGRAPHY/RECORDING POLICY FOR VISITORS
No photography or video recording is allowed by studio visitors.
ADDITIONAL STUDIO POLICIES
No eating, drinking or smoking is allowed in the treatment room.
You must be at least 18 years old to have a treatment carried out at Ink Lux Studio. We may ask for documentation if we are unsure you meet the minimum age requirement.
No children are allowed in the treatment room.
Ink Lux Studio offers services to women only.
Ink Lux Studio operates by appointment and no walk ins are accepted.
Ink Lux Studio reserves the right to refuse service in the cases of repeated appointment cancellations/no shows/rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, rudeness, aggressive or threatening language and behaviour.
We accept cash, card and bank transfer as payment methods.
Please note that for Micropigmentation and tattoo appointments payment must be made at the beginning of your appointment, prior to having the treatment carried out.
